What personal data we collect and why we collect it
To provide access to our products and free materials, we collect your first and last name and email address.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

The PlanButVerify Personal Financial Planner software product collects a comprehensive array of your personal and financial information. This information is protected in two ways:
- The software and its associated database is located solely on your computer or device. The software makes NO use of the internet or external storage (excepting your own elective use of email or external storage, such as Cloud).
- None of the data that is entered into PlanButVerify is of a specific identifying nature (such as Social Security Number, bank or investment account number, etc.).
